1.The line technique that was used was implied lines. It was used on the face, the shape of the pants, and the angle of the sword.
2.I think using the lines stays in character with Japanese anime and gives a genuine likeness to the art form.
3.The direction of the lines form shapes that depict action.
4.We used straight lines that come to a point to emphasize hair in action.
5.The anime character was chosen because anime is very expressive and can show a lot of action.
6.The simplicity of using lines allow everyone in the group to help shape the character.
7.If I were to change it I would use the cross contour technique.
8.I learned that there are a lot of ways to construct art.
9.I think that the most difficult piece was the hair because it was supposed to be spiky which made it difficult to make.
10. The two things that we were unsuccessful in doing were making the hands hold the apple and the sword. However, the most difficult part was making the eyes.
